The app appears very buggy. Won't update my location, won't let me change credit cards, delete credit cards, go to help or leave tips. UPDATE: Turns out there is a major implementation flaw. Lyft seems to be blocking international IPs or something. This is why I can order a car while on Wi-Fi, but as soon as I connect to cellular with my overseas SIM, the app stops working.

App can be confusing to navigate if you want to do anything other than get a ride. For instance, I got a notification 28 days after I had a ride that made no sense. I tried to dispute it, but the dispute mechanism is buried in some menu and doesn't have a place to share what the specifics of the dispute are. It just has several predetermined issues, which don't cover everything.

In the past I've had bad experiences with customer service and not getting refunds due to drivers taking extra long routes or saying they can't find you and charging a cancelation fee. This was in 2018 when I rated it 2 stars. I'm increasing this review to 4 stars from 2 because I haven't had a major issue in 5 years and their reporting is good for exporting your transactions for tax time.
